We process orders within 1-3 business days and shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders take 3-5 business days to arrive, while Non-EU orders may take longer due to customs. We'll send you status updates for your order handling.

Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of food items in order to assure high quality. For non-food items exchanges and returns are accepted until fourteen days after the item is received.To return a non-food item from an order, contact our customer care team for a return authorization: customerlens@broccolilover.com. Please write your order number in the email subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not provide a return label. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return of the items. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your non-food item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your non-food return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
